Skull Profile Study

Detailed soft render study in graphite pencil of a skull that my school had. I was being sure to include the subtleties of shadow such as the terminator line, core shadows, ambient occlusion, reflected light, etc.

This is a series of primary recordings of everyday objects that I have. Objects have come from either my home or different reference objects that my school has in their possession.

My goal is to gain a greater understanding of and communicate the 3D form of the objects in question through different drawing techniques.
